Throughout our life we get taught many things. Strangely, running isn’t one of them. Because of this, many people find running hard, but it doesn’t have to be. As a species we adapted to running, so our bodies should be designed to run with ease. Why then do so many of us struggle with recurring injuries and not hitting our goals?

James has spent 15 years developing programs that get results and now they’re available to you. Designed for runners at all stages of their journey, our programs are made to get you moving functionally, faster, and further.

Our running programs are run through SANO Physio’s dedicated running partner, Run Pure. From the Founder:

Implementation is everything, and that’s why I created Run Pure to provide the environment that will help you find your running sweet spot. I want to help you develop great running technique, a strong robust body and be able to adapt and optimise your own training plan.

The program has been tested and refined since 2014, so if you love running and are serious about becoming the best runner you can be, I can’t wait to help you get there.

Our Running Programs

  • RUNNING ASSESSMENT

    Our one hour 1-on-1 running assessment can be completed in person or over a live video session. We will identify the key aspects of your running form and strength capacity, to help you build more efficiency and reduce injury risk. This will allow more enjoyable running by improving efficiency, building strength and ultimately enhancing performance. Be ready to spend time on the treadmill and make positive changes immediately.

  • RESHAPE PROGRAM

    This 10 week Reshape program will be directed by your current needs, and offers a combination of technique improvement, strength gains, enhanced programming and education on all the areas that go into making you a better runner. It includes full running assessment & strength screening, access to Reshape community, online support and weekly review against your goals. This program is targeted to people who are currently able to run more than five kilometres comfortably.

  • RUN READY PROGRAM

    Run Ready is a bespoke coaching and training program for ambitious runners looking to tailor their program to a performance goal. This performance goal may be audacious, challenging or just despite the difficulties you may be facing. Previous Run Ready athletes have been targeting a personal best time, returning to performance running after a long injury or aiming to complete an international marathon successfully.
